Taiko Workshop
Would
you like to play drums and get some exercise at the same time? Taiko is a
physically and mentally challenging art form originating in Japan and now
played the world over.
Participants
do not need prior musical training, just a desire to have fun, feel good and
enjoy the sarisfaction of working in a group. Students receive instruction
in the playing techniques and traditional rhythms of Japanese Taiko. The Thunderous
sound of the drums, in combination with the physical and mental discipline,
result in an exhilerating experience.
